Have garbage (Grey Bin) out by 6AM
Bag and securely tie all garbage before pacing in bins and dumpsters. Heavy items on the bottom of the bin. Styrofoam, cardboard and yard waste on top. The heavy bags help push out the lighter items.
Face carts toward the road, spaced 5 feet apart, no straps or bungees
